What is a Breakfast Super Booster?

Breakfast Booster’s are a great way to package together Superfoods in manner which your customers will enjoy using everyday.  You simply add 2-3 tablespoons to cereal or muesli, otherwise add to yogurt, smoothies or to chia puddings.

Obviously lots of yummy superfoods but just as importantly, made with a balance of tastes and textures.

The following recipe is simply a guide to help those of you interested in creating your own Breakfast Super Booster.

Add and subtract from the below to come up with your very own, improved, custom-made version!

50% Organic Activated Buckinis –  these great tasting, crunchy, gluten free seeds form the base of your Breakfast Super Booster.  They are packed full of  protein and are a particularly good source of the essential amino acids Lysine, Tryptophan and Arginine.

We source our Activated Buckinis from Loving Earth. We often create Breakfast Super Booster using plain buckinis, however they offer also raw chocolate or caramelised cluster versions as well. 

12% Organic Goji Berries – nature’s great immune system builders add some chewy texture to the mix.

11% Organic Black Chia Seeds – another great source of protein, along with omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.

7% Organic Cacao Nibs – “nature’s chocolate chips” are a nutritional powerhouse of magnesium, iron and calcium.

6% Organic Superfood Powder –  we’ve used Mesquite, Lucuma, a Superberry powdered blend, as well as Banana powder, all to good effect.

5% Organic Maca Powder – we always highly recommend including Maca powder in your Breakfast Super Booster because its so synonemous with increase vigor, making it the perfect addition to breakfast.

4% Raw Organic Pepitas – are packed full of magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids and zinc for immune support. Pepitas also purported prostate health and anti-diabetic effects.

4% Organic Sunflower Seeds – are rich in Vitamin E and B Group Vitamins, along with essential fatty acids such as omega-3 linoleic acid.

1% Organic Ground Vanilla Bean Powder – depending on your dominant flavor, finishing out your Breakfast Super Booster with a touch of the velvety tones that vanilla brings with it, can be a good option.
